As Senior Web and User Experience (UX) Manager at Nobel Biocare, I worked and collaborated with marketing and product managers on the development of a digital campaign landing page and global launch of the ON1TM Restorative Concept, a groundbreaking innovation in dental implantology. The ON1TM Restorative Concept, designed to preserve soft tissue health and simplify restorative procedures, required a strategic and customer-centric approach to effectively communicate its value to dental professionals worldwide. My work on this project combined digital marketing expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and user experience to deliver measurable results.

High-level execution and approach:

Strategic planning and campaign development
I collaborated with marketing, product, and sales teams to define the campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging for the ON1TM Restorative Concept. The strategy focused on highlighting the unique benefits of the ON1TM Restorative Concept, such as its ability to preserve connective tissue structure and provide restorative flexibility, while aligning with Nobel Biocare’s brand identity and business goals.

Content creation and multi-channel execution
I led the creation of engaging, multilingual content tailored to dental professionals, including product pages, educational materials, and interactive assets. Leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), I ensured consistent content delivery across Nobel Biocare’s global website, e-commerce platform, and digital channels. The campaign also included email marketing, social media promotions, and webinars to drive awareness and engagement.

Cross-functional collaboration
Working closely with designers, web specialists, translators, and compliance teams, I managed the end-to-end content workflow, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate branding. I also partnered with IT and product teams to integrate the ON1 Concept into Nobel Biocare’s digital ecosystem, enabling seamless access to product information and resources.

User-centered design and experience optimization
o enhance the customer journey, I applied user-centered design principles to create intuitive navigation and interactive elements on the ON1 Concept’s digital touchpoints. This included optimizing the product page for both desktop and mobile users, reducing bounce rates, and increasing engagement metrics.

Data-driven insights and continuous improvement
I monitored campaign performance using analytics tools, tracking key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates. Insights from these data points informed iterative improvements to the campaign, ensuring it remained effective and aligned with customer needs.

Global rollout and localization
I oversaw the global rollout of the ON1 Concept campaign, coordinating with regional teams to localize content and adapt the strategy for specific markets. This approach ensured that the campaign resonated with diverse audiences while maintaining a consistent brand message.

 

Results and impact:

The ON1TM Restorative Concept campaign achieved our target goals driving a 11% increase in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and a 8% year-over-year growth in online sales. The campaign not only elevated Nobel Biocare’s position as an innovator in dental solutions but also strengthened its relationship with dental professionals by providing valuable resources and a seamless digital experience.

Through this project, I demonstrated my ability to co-lead complex digital campaigns, collaborate and manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results that align with both customer needs and business objectives.
